Dear TES Parents and Guardians,
The Thorsby Elementary Parents Association (TEPA) is participating in a fundraiser with Ranchland Meats in Thorsby. Ranchland Meats has put together a great selection of cured meats for us to offer everyone and our fundraiser is just in time for camping season! Why not stock up on smokies or pepperoni (stix) for your May Long weekend festivities? All proceeds from this fundraiser will be used for the rubber playground mats for the school playground. These mats are expensive (~$300,000) so your support of this fundraiser is appreciated to help us work towards our goal!
Here are the fundraiser details:
- Order form is attached. Multiple customers can use one form. Where possible, we recommend one form per family.
- Orders can be collected from April 4 to April 20, 2022.
- Orders are due April 20, 2022 by the end of the school day.
- Orders will be available for pick up on May 13, 2022 at the school. Please note, because these are meat products, orders must be collected May 13 as there is no fridge or freezer space available to store long term.
- Please make cheques payable to Thorsby Elementary Parents Association. We ask that you collect all cash and if possible, make one cheque payable to us for all of your collected orders.
