Professional Development Plan

An integral part of providing an excellent education is the professional development of

the teachers and support staff. In addition to jurisdiction driven PD and individual teacher

PD TES has a few common staff PD days throughout the school year which augment

the continuous learning teachers undertake. These days are a culmination of reflective

practice, data reflection, and clear goals brought together to guide enhancement of

teacher skills under the umbrella of improved student learning.
